At my last appointment my doctor told me the newest thing is that
people in Africa find the phone numbers and E-mail addresses of
doctors over the web and beg for medications as they or relatives are
dying of AIDS.  He said that he was negotiating with a man and his
brother.  He wanted to make sure that the medications should be used
and he was willing to operate on a single test, just total white blood
cell count since there was some research that was enough to track
disease progression.  Unfortunately, that man’s brother died of AIDS
before they got the test.

It did convince me that I should give my doctor the second half of my
medication that I don’t use since I do SIT to give to Africa.
